Lean Laboratory Assessment™
This evaluation determines the lean state of laboratory operations through measurement and observation.
The current state findings are used to develop realistic improvement recommendations and plans.
Lean Laboratory Process Improvement™: Kaizen
This program moves the identified opportunities into reality through a 14-week kaizen implementation process, using our team to train and facilitate your internal team on lean methods and tools.
We understand that people support what they create, which is why we build in two levels of training throughout the implementation phase.
We focus the majority of our time onsite to ensure a successful implementation.
Lean Laboratory Training™
We believe very strongly in teaching Lean to others and not simply doing it for them.
We provide customized training, whether it is an orientation for executives to actively drive lean management or a training session for managers who are responsible for leading/managing the change process to Lean.
We train and facilitate internal work groups to foster teamwork and motivate people to identify and solve problems.
