Outreach Profitability Assessment

We have collective experience and success in the outreach arena that is unsurpassed in the industry.

Outreach Profitability Assessment

The objective of this type of an engagement is to assess the profitability of an existing outreach program on an incremental cost basis in order to determine the contribution margin to the organization.

Determination of incremental costs is important in such an analysis, since allocation of average costs may give an erroneous indication about program profitability, i.e., if such a program were terminated, the institution would lose the associated net revenues, but only incremental costs.

Thus, use of incremental costs will identify the actual contribution or loss from such a program. The analysis examines profitability over a 12 month period.
